Location of Lake Atitlan

Our beautiful lake home is about 3 hrs car ride west of Guatemala city, nestled between three volcanos and governed by the Mayan Kakchiquel, their provincial capital being Sololá. The lake is home to about 120.000 people (90%+ indigineous) in the roughly 2 dozen 1st & 2nd tier settlements and is an internationally renowned green & social impact hub.
